Do you accept health insurance? Do you also offer Direct Primary Care?
Yes. We accept many major health insurance plans. For details, see our Accepted Insurances page.
We also offer a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership for simple, predictable pricing. DPC covers unlimited primary and urgent care visits and is a great option if you prefer transparency or have a high deductible plan.
Can you help me choose a health insurance plan to pair with Direct Primary Care?
Yes. We’ll walk you through pairing DPC with a compatible insurance option (often a high-deductible or catastrophic plan) to help cover specialty, imaging, and hospital services. We can also coordinate with your broker if you have one.
We provide education and guidance; final benefit decisions are made by you and your insurer/broker.
Do you have multiple providers to choose from?
Yes. You can choose from multiple primary care clinicians and switch if your needs change. This improves continuity and access—virtual visits are available, too.
Do you do labs in-house? Will I need to drive to another lab?
We collect most common samples in-house (blood draws, swabs, and more) so there’s usually no need to drive to another lab. Many tests are processed on-site; when a test must be sent out, we handle the logistics for you and share results through your online portal.
Do you provide both urgent and primary care?
Yes. We provide both urgent and primary care under one roof. That continuity helps you avoid unnecessary ER visits for preventable issues and keeps your history in one place.
- Same/next-day access when available
- Integrated records and follow-up
- On-site basics like X-ray and labs
Do you offer online access to medical records and messaging?
Yes. Use our OnPatient portal to see visit summaries, results, medications, and to message the clinic.
Do you offer transportation for Medicare patients?
Yes. We can help arrange transportation for eligible Medicare patients through available benefits and local partners. Ask our front desk and we’ll coordinate the ride that fits your plan and appointment.
Do you provide Chronic Care Management (CCM) for Medicare?
Yes. Our Chronic Care Management program supports eligible Medicare patients with monthly check-ins, care plans, medication reviews, and coordination between visits—designed to keep you healthier and out of the hospital.
